The Bio 5 Working Group Of The Faculty Of Biology Needs A New Pipetting Robot. The Device Should Have The Ability To Use Two Arms To Move Plates Into Different Positions, Such As Magnetic Prep Station And Incubator. This Function Is Essential For Us To Prepare Nucleic Acids Automatically And To Create Cdna Banks With Index Primers. The New Pipetting Robot (Liquid Handling System) With Two Arms Is Intended To Handle Volumes From 1 Μl To 1000 Μl For 96 And 384 Well Plates, With Thermal Incubator And Magnetic Station For 96 Well Offer. The Pipettes Should Fit Very Well And Ideally Be Sealed With An O-Ring And Be Electrically Conductive. Pipette Tips Of 50Μl, 300Μl And 1000Μl Should Be Able To Be Used. The Precision Should Be In The Range Of 5.00% For Small Volumes. So-Called Paddles Should Be Able To Move The Microtiter Plates. The Movement Should Take Place, Among Other Things, From The Magnet Station To The Shaking Incubator. This Is Needed To Prepare Cdna From Rna. The Sample Preparation For Real-Time Pcr Should Then Take Place In The 384 Well Format. Further Applications Include The Creation Of Ngs-Compatible Libraries From Dna Or Rna.
