G) Certificate Of Incorporation And Constitutional Documents; H) Shareholder Structure I Documentation Evidencing Ultimate Beneficial Owner; I) Updated Commercial Registry Certificate; J) Certified Copy Of Representatives Nomination Minutes Or Powers Of Attorney, Names, And Ids; K) Industry Affiliation At Regulator Body; L) Insurance; M) Finance Authorities Certificate Stating Inexistence Of Debts; And N) Written Self-Declaration That The Offeror Does Not Have As Its Director Or Officer Any Current Or Former Employees Of Orica Tanzania Limited And/Or Any Of Its Affiliates.
