The Customer Satisfaction Survey Should Be Carried Out In 2 Half-Yearly Waves In Order To Keep The Effort Of Data Delivery Manageable For Each Cash Register. The Two Survey Waves Are Binding For All Participating Health Insurance Companies, As Different Survey Periods Between Individual Health Insurance Companies Could Affect The Survey Results. In Principle, Only One Annual Result Should Be Published For The Customer Satisfaction Survey. If A Fund Would Like An Interim Evaluation After The First Wave, This Can Be Ordered Individually. This Survey Instrument Should Be Expandable In Modules (Use Case 2) In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Other Surveys In Addition To The Satisfaction Survey. The Bkk Dachverband E.V. And All Company Health Insurance Companies That Are Members Of The Bkk Umbrella Association At The Time Of The Eu-Wide Announcement Of The Award Procedure Are Entitled To Access Under This Framework Agreement. The Respective Individual Contract Is Concluded Between The Retrieving Body And The Contractor, Whereby The Provisions Of This Framework Agreement Apply To The Respective Individual Contract.
