The Framework Agreement Concerns The Delivery And Administration Of Subscriptions To Danish And Foreign Newspapers And Magazines. The Assortment Also Includes A Preparation Service In The Form Of Affixing Bibliographic Labels To Journals. The Supplier Of The Framework Agreement Must Also Be Able To Provide A Website/Portal Where Subscriptions To Newspapers And Periodicals Can Be Managed On An Ongoing Basis. The Website/Portal Must Be Made Available As Part Of Fulfilling The Delivery Contracts, And Is Thus Not Offered As An Independent Service. The Framework Agreement Is A Sole Supplier Agreement. It Is Entered Into Between Ski And The Supplier. The Customers Enter Into Delivery Contracts With The Supplier On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement. The Customers On The Framework Agreement Are Described In Appendix A To The Framework Agreement, And The Purchase Obligation Is Described In Special Appendix 1 To The Framework Agreement. The Customers Are Original Parties To The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Part Of The Joint Municipal Procurement Program And Includes A Purchasing Obligation For Central And Public Libraries And/Or Primary School Libraries (Plc – Pedagogical Learning Centers) In The Affiliated Municipalities. A Customer May, However, Have Adapted His Purchase Obligation In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In Special Appendix 1. It Is Not Possible For Municipalities, Including Their Self-Governing Institutions, Which Have Not Joined The Framework Agreement Prior To The Time Of Tender, To Use It. The Framework Agreement Is Also A Voluntary Agreement For The Other Customers On The Framework Agreement, Which Appears In Appendix A. This Implies That It Is Voluntary Whether They Want To Make Use Of The Framework Agreement.
