The Missions Entrusted To The Technical Controller Relate To The Following Elements: - Evaluation Of The Methodology Established By The Project Manager, As Well As The Anticipated Fall Parameters Taking Into Account The Presence Of Neighboring Structures. - Opinion On The Stability Of The Structure After Weakening Of The Bracing Elements. - Opinion On The Shooting Plan. - Opinion On The Start-Up Plan. - Opinion On The Test Firing Or Proof Firing. - Opinion On The Protection Plan For Mined Elements. - Notice On The Plan To Protect Neighbors Against Projections And Fragments Within The Projection Perimeter. - Notice On The Security Perimeter During Demolition. The Work Has Been In Progress Since June 2024 And Acceptance Of The Site Is Scheduled For November 2025. The Firing Date Is Scheduled For July 20, 2025. The Contract Begins On The Date Of Notification And Ends Upon Receipt Of The Site. The Contract Is Awarded On A Revisable Fixed Price And Is Subject To A Single Tranche. The Previous Consultation Was Declared Without Further Action Due To A Procedural Error
