Construction Work – Tender For Contract Regarding Nato 2Pl21235 - Restore Tank Tops, Neps. The Project Concerns The Renovation Of Tank Tops On 30 Neps Storage Tanks In The Skrydstrup, Karup, Vandel And Guldager Tank Areas. More Specifically, The Project Includes The Replacement Of Existing Tank Top Seals, Including The Removal Of Soil Cover, Necessary Concrete Repair And Replacement Of Technical Installations Incl. Lightning Protection On The Tank Tops. The Project Only Includes Exterior Work On Tanks That Are Already In Use. Internal Tank Renovation Is Not Covered. The Overall Purpose Of The Project Is To Extend The Life Of The Structures, To Ensure The Maintenance Of Effective Lightning Protection And To Counter The Risk Of Contamination Of Stored Fuel. The Contract Is Offered As One Overall Contract. The Norwegian Property Agency Does Not Offer The Contract In Separate Sub-Contracts, As The Norwegian Property Agency Wants All The Workers Belonging To The Individual Tank Areas To Be Gathered In One Contract, Which Is Overseen By One General Contractor. This Ensures, Among Other Things, That The Total Responsibility For The Performance Of The Contract Is Concentrated With One Contracting Party. In Addition, Certain Synergies Are Achieved, Including A Better Opportunity To (Time) Manage And Coordinate The Work On The Four Tank Areas, Which Is Estimated To Result In The Four Tank Areas Being Burdened By The Construction In The Shortest Possible Time.
