Tenders Are Invited For Audit Of The Financial Statements Of Construction Industry Council

Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference for the Audit of the Financial Statements of Construction Industry Council 1. These terms of reference address the requirement for external audit of financial statements of Construction Industry Council for the three financial years from 2025/25 to 2026/27, each lasting from 1 April to 31 March. 2. A draft audit report should be submitted by 30 May and a final signed audit report with certified statements together with the management letter by June of the year following the end of period under review. 3. External Auditor will have to present the annual audit report to the CIC Board and the Finance Committee during its June Session so as to provide any clarifications required by Members. 4. Proposals should include breakdown of commercial components by year. 5. The audits should be carried out in accordance with auditing standards. Sufficient audit evidence should be gathered to substantiate in all material respects the accuracy of financial statement. The audit report of the auditors should state if the audit was not in conformity with any of the above and indicate the alternative standards or procedures followed. 6. Conduct entry and exit meeting with the Chief Executive Officer. 7. Advise & assist the Council with Tax Compliance Issues. 8.
