Demolition: 1,897M² Of 14No. Various Buildings, Both Older Extensions Connected To Retained Buildings, Prefabricated Stand-Alone Classrooms, Lean-Tos And Out-Buildings To Be Demolished And Made Good. Holding Work: 1,012M² Of 4No. Historic 2-Storey And 3-Storey Buildings To Mitigate Further Deterioration Pending A Defined Future Re-Use. The New College Campus Will Have Separate Staff Vehicular Entrance - On The North. A Student Vehicular Drop-Off/Set Down Improved At The Existing Finisklin Road And New Hard Surface Play Areas, Landscaping, Roads And Run Off Surfaces And Ancillary Services Where Necessary.
