Construction Work – Edutech Campus - Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The School Dormitory. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work Related To The Complex Reconstruction Of The School Dormitory, Which Is Located On The Premises Of The Combined High School And The Faculty Of Industrial Technologies In Puchov, Which Is Part Of The Alexander Dubček University Of Trenčín In Trenčín. The Proposal For The Reconstruction Of The Dormitory Solves The Operational And Functional Problems Of The Current State And At The Same Time The Facilities For The New Gymnasium. The Main Entrance Is Situated From The Connecting Neck Between The Dormitory And The Extension Of The Kitchen And Workshops. Due To The New Elevator, Which Will Provide Barrier-Free Access To The Entire Dormitory, It Will Be Necessary To Remove The Existing Elevator Located In The Mirror Of The Main Staircase. The Reconstruction Is Based On The Existing Three-Section Layout With The Main Staircase. At The End Of The Corridor, This Layout Skeleton Is Complemented By A New Escape Staircase. Each Floor Forms A Separate, Lockable Functional Unit Accessible Via A Chip System. On The 1St Floor, The Facilities Of The Gymnasium (Locker Rooms, Showers, Tool Room, Storage) Are Located In One Section Of The Dormitory. On The 2Nd Floor, The Functions Of The Gym, Fitness And Other Sports Activities Related To The Gym Are Located. On The Other Side Of The Distribution Tract, Rentable Offices Will Be Located On The 1St Floor, And The Administration And Teachers Offices Will Be Concentrated On The 2Nd Floor, Which Will Be Moved From The Main Building. Accommodation Units Are Concentrated On The 3Rd To 6Th Floors. One Accommodation Unit Consists Of Two Rooms, One Single And One Double Room With A Shared Bathroom. The Accommodation Capacity Of One Floor Is 22 Beds (With 4 Accommodation Floors, It Is 88 Beds). Each Floor Can Serve Separately, For A Separate Type Of Accommodation. The 7Th Floor Is Currently Made Up Of An Attic, Which Is Prone To Failure, And Its Repair Would Be More Economically Demanding Than Its New Treatment In The Form Of A Flat Roof. For This Reason, The Proposal Addresses The 7Th Floor As A New Superstructure, Which Follows The Structural System Of The Lower Floors And At The Same Time Creates A Suitable Headroom For The Function Of Classrooms, Seminar Rooms And The Library.
