Interested suppliers must respond to our ROI request if they want to be considered for this opportunity they have until 15 February 2025 to respond. This upcoming tender opportunity seeks service providers who can effectively manage the national compliance regime required under the Building Act 2004 and ensure that all schools BWOFs are issued in a timely manner. In addition to all standard building compliance requirements (i.e. monthly fire alarm testing, lift testing and servicing, sprinkler system testing, automatic door testing and BWOF issuing) this new contracts scope also includes services such as boiler inspection, swimming pool fencing checks, fall arrest system testing, emergency call out service for lift entrapment and mechanical failure, and fire alarm monitoring.
