The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations And Standards, Of Design Documentation For: A) Construction Of A Gravity-Pressure Sanitary Sewage System, B) Construction Of Sewage Connections, C) Construction Of A Sewage Collector Supplying Sewage To Plot No. 622 In Białka Dolne. D) Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Decision And Performing Authors Supervision. The Study Should Include All Necessary Arrangements And Annexes, Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Decision Or Notification. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Authors Supervision During The Construction Of Devices Covered By The Design Documentation And The Preparation Of One Update Of The Investors Cost Estimate. The Person Preparing The Design Documentation Is Obliged To Prepare Water Law Reports, An Information Card, And An Environmental Impact Report (If Necessary). The Developed Design Documentation Must Be Compliant With The Do No Significant Harm Principle - The Dnsh Principle, Analysis Of Compliance With The Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 2020/852, Taking Into Account The Indicated Scope Of Work And The Nature Of The Investment. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Assumed To Be Carried Out In Two Stages: A) Stage I - Presentation Of The Concept Of Location And Construction Solutions Within 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. B) Stage Ii - Preparation Of Design Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, After The Ordering Party Accepts The Presented Concept. The Scope Of The Design Documentation Includes: - Construction And Executive Design Developed Based On The Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, - Cost Studies: Bill Of Quantities Divided Into Sectors: Road, Sewage, Electrical, Investors Cost Estimate Divided Into: Road, Sewage, Electricity. - A Map For Design Purposes Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party On The Day The Contract Is Signed. - Obtaining: A Final Building Permit And Other Decisions (Consents) Required By Specific Regulations, Assurances On The Supply Of Utilities And Connection Conditions; Decisions Required By Environmental Protection Regulations And Other Decisions Necessary To Complete The Study In Question.
