1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Sanitary, Corrective, Screening And Forming Cuts In Tree Crowns, Technical Cuts And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, As Well As The Removal Of Stumps From Removed Trees Growing In The Dzierżoniów Municipality As Part Of The Task Entitled: Sanitary, Corrective, Screening And Shaping Cuts Forming Trees, Technical Cutting And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs As Well As Cutting On Natural Monuments Growing In The Dzierżoniów Municipality.1.2. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Following Works: 1) Clearing Up Branches And Leaves After The Work, Including Chipping, 2) Tidying Up The Area, Leveling After Removing Tree Stumps, 3) Waste Disposal In Accordance With The Waste Act. 1.3. The List Of Works Will Be Provided During The Term Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Principle Of Necessity And Urgency Of The Work. The Work Ordered And Confirmed By A Protocol Or E-Mail Should Be Started Within A Period No Longer Than The Number Of Business Days Declared In The Submitted Offer.1.4. In Cases Of Threat To Safety, Health And Life Or Communication Difficulties Caused By Trees, The Contractor Must Come To Remove The Threats Within 2 Hours Of Being Notified By Telephone Or E-Mail.1.5. It Is Allowed To Perform Work Using Rope Techniques.1.6. The Use Of Tree Clamps Is Not Permitted Outside Of Tree Removal Work.1.7. Difficult Conditions Include Work With Traffic, Cutting Down And Maintaining Dangerously Leaning Trees, Difficult To Remove Due To The Proximity Of Other Trees, Existing Residential Buildings Or Existing Buildings And Power Lines. In The Case Of Work In Difficult Conditions, The Cost Of Obtaining Permits And Exemptions Necessary To Perform The Ordered Works Should Also Be Taken Into Account, And These Arrangements Are Borne By The Contractor. 1.8. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order Successively On The Basis Of Work Selection Protocols, In Which The Ordering Party Will Each Time Indicate The Subject And Scope Of Services And Deadline For Their Implementation.1.9. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, On Time, In Accordance With His Best Knowledge And Experience And Applicable Norms, Standards, Health And Safety Rules And Regulations, In Particular In The Field Of Nature Protection And Environmental Protection; 2) Conclude A Liability Insurance Contract Civil Law For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 80,000.00 Per Year Before Signing The Contract Regarding This Order;3) Complying With The Ordering Partys Guidelines And Instructions, Ensuring Constant Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Service;4) Maintaining Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Order To Provide The Best Possible Services And Providing The Ordering Party With Comprehensive Information In This Regard And Enabling Constant Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Service And Ensuring The Possibility Of Participating In Reviews Of The Work Being C
