The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Gorzów Śląski Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Area Covers Approximately 15,412 Ha. The Study Area Covers The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Gorzów Śląski Commune.2. The Plan That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended). Hereinafter Referred To As The Act,2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 2758),3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Development Complement Area In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729)4) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information About The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112),5) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Lvi/424/2023 Of The Gorzów City Council Śląski Of October 25, 2023 Regarding The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Gorzów Śląski Commune,6) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development,7) Other Provisions Resulting From The Relevant Legal Acts Having Reference To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.3.
