4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From Real Estate Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Kamień Commune. The Implementation Of The Order Must Ensure The Achievement Of The Required Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, The Level Of Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste, Hereinafter Referred To As The Landfill Level, And The Level Of Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), Provisions Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Kamień Commune, In Particular: A) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions, From Residential Properties Located In The Kamień Commune, B) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Kamień (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok), Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) Providing Property Owners With Appropriate Waste Collection Bags Free Of Charge. The Contractor, Within 7 Days From Signing The Contract, Delivers The First Set Of Bags To The Property Owners, And Is Obliged To Leave Subsequent Bags On The Day Of Collection Of Waste From A Given Property, In An Amount Agreed With The Property Owner, At Least Equal To The Number Of Bags With Waste Of A Given Type Collected (One Taken Away - One Transferred). The Thickness Of The Bags Must Ensure Adequate Resistance To Tearing Under Normal Conditions Of Use And Collection. The Contractor Will Provide A Reserve Of Bags, Which He Will Give To Each Village Head In A Minimum Quantity Of 10 Sets. The Village Head Will Be Responsible For The Rational Management Of These Bags, And The Contractor Will Replenish This Reserve On An Ongoing Basis. Additionally, Min.
