Tenders Are Invited For Performing Measurements Of Concentrations Of Selected Pollutants Using Unmanned Aircraft.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Measurements During The 2024–2025 Heating Season Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Uavs) Equipped With Devices Enabling: A. Measurement Of Pm10 And Co2 Concentration, B. Recording The Uav Flight Path (Gps Module With Registration), C. Registration And Presentation Of Measurement Results In Real Time, D. Video And Photographic Recording Of Flights. 2. Services Under This Order Must Be Provided In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Polish Law And Standards, As Well As The Requirements For Appropriate Authorizations And Permits In The Field Of Business Activity. 3. The Services Will Be Provided In Locations And Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party With The Participation Of The City/Municipal Guard/Environmental Protection Officials. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide All Technical And Organizational Means And Appropriate Selection Of Equipment And Human Resources In Order To Provide The Services. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Flight Safety And Protect People (E.G. From Bodily Injury) And Property (E.G. From Damage To The Roof, Chimneys, Antennas, Telephone And Power Wires, Etc.).6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Valid Policy Or Other Civil Liability Insurance Document Covering The Situations Specified In Point. 5. Above For A Minimum Guarantee Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Copy Of The Policy To The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of The Measurement Sessions.7.
