Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Maintenance Of Drainage Of Streets Managed By The Wilanów District

The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Performing Operational Inspections Of Absorption Wells, Street Inlets, Street Inlets Located Next To Traffic Calming Devices, Aco Troughs And Separators Located In Roads Managed By The Wilanów District.2. Continuous Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Above-Mentioned Devices In Proper Technical And Operational Condition.3. Cleaning The Above-Mentioned Devices, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Order.4. Carrying Out Other Maintenance Works Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Separators.5. Tidying Up The Area Around The Devices And Removing All Contamination Resulting From The Performance Of The Service.6. Controlling The Infiltration Of Beds In Absorption Wells And, If Necessary, Replacing Filter Beds In Wells.7. Recording All Activities Related To The Current Operation Of The Above-Mentioned. Devices In The Operating Books.8. Pumping Excess Water From Wells And Floodplains After Each Notification From The Roads Managed By The Wilanów District In Accordance With Annex No. 2 Or, In The Case Of An Optional Order, In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. 9. Cleaning And Maintenance Of Storm Sewage Systems Together With Street Inlets Located In Roads Managed By The Wilanów District, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 Or, In The Case Of An Optional Order, In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Good Technical Condition.10. Ongoing Maintenance Of Ditches, Culverts And A Retention Reservoir Managed By The Wilanów District, Including Mowing, Desilting Along With Mining, Waste Removal And Cleaning Of Transport Routes If Necessary.11. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In The Event Of Replacement Of Elements In The Above-Mentioned Devices And Preparation Of Photographic Documentation For The Activities Described In Points 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10.
