Subject Of The Order: Purchase Of Electricity For Agreement Facilities The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 12 Months, With The Start Date Of The Delivery Taking Place No Earlier Than The Date Of Cessation Of Supply Of Electricity By The Current Seller, I.E. The Order Does Not Include Distribution Electricity, Connection, Metering And Energy Quality Falling Within The Scope Of A Separate Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services, Concluded By The Ordering Party (Recipient) With The Distribution Network Operator. The Contract Is Valid Until February 4, 2025, • Has Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services With Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., For An Indefinite Period; • The Energy Consumption Forecast Indicated Above Is Only An Estimated Value, Which May Change During The Execution Of The Contract. Actual Energy Consumption (Smaller Or Higher Than The Forecast Indicated Above) Will Depend Solely On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party (Recipient), And The Contractor (Seller) Is Obliged To Use The Energy Prices Offered In The Offer In Each Case;• It Will Provide The Contractor Selected In The Procedure With Ppe Data In In Electronic Form, Immediately After Concluding The Contract.
