This panel will provide independent expertise, including peer reviews of cost estimates, parallel estimates, reconciliation processes for negotiated models, and related commercial advisory services. The selected panel members will play a crucial role in ensuring that our NZTA projects meet high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and value for money. These services will support NZTAs growing pipeline of capital projects, including the Roads of National Significance (RONS) and other regional infrastructure developments. The panel will be structured to accommodate projects of various sizes and complexities, enabling both experienced firms and emerging consultants to contribute to New Zealands critical infrastructure.
