To explore the characteristics of passive cooling (PC) in housing design and construction, and to identify the most effective methods for enhancing indoor air quality in low-cost dwellings while ensuring the structural stability of the homes. To provide lists of affordable materials with lower GHG emissions, increased durability, and environmental benefits. To suggest low-cost dwelling designs in communities that enhance housing interventions, assure positive environmental benefits, minimize GHG emissions, and promote PC design and thermal comfort.
