The General Scope Of Works Includes: A) Construction Works: Disassembly And Assembly Of Door Joinery, Disassembly And Construction Of Suspended Ceilings Together With Wool Thermal Insulation, Cutting And Laying Tiles And Terracotta Together With The Execution Of A Leveling Layer, Preparation Of Walls And Ceilings For Painting, Double Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Demolition And Construction Of Partition Walls, Painting Window Frames With Oil Paint, Replacement And Installation Of Grilles Ventilation; B) Sanitary Works: Replacement Of Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, Extension Of Ventilation Pipes, Replacement Of Sanitary Equipment, Reconstruction Of The Water And Sewage System; C) Electrical Works: Replacement Of Lighting Lamps And Extension Of Lamp Cables, Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation With New Light Points, Reconstruction Of Power Sockets, Replacement And Installation Of Electric Water Heaters, Replacement And Installation Of Sockets And Switches, Testing Of The Electrical Installation; D) Cleaning Works: Tidying Up The Work Area, Washing After The Works, Removal And Disposal Of Renovation Waste.
