The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Beach Volleyball Court: - Selecting Soil For The Pitch With An Area Of ​​180 M2, - Making A Layer Of Sand With A Thickness Of 30 Cm After Compaction, - Purchasing And Installing The Sleeves Needed For Installation Of Volleyball Posts;2) Installation Of Playground Equipment: - Transport From The Warehouse Of Zgk Nowa Sarzyna Sp. Z O. O. And Installation Of A 2-Station Swing, - Purchase, Transport And Assembly Of A Playground Equipment Consisting Of One Tower, Approx. 2 M High, Equipped With A Metal Slide; 3) Earthworks: - Leveling The Playground Area With An Area Of 552 M2, - Bringing And Spreading A 5 Cm Layer Of Fertile Soil, - Sowing Grass. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Presented In The Attached Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities.2. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.3.
