The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The General Plan Of The Jaświły Commune, Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: - The Act Of March 27 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended) And Its Implementing Acts; - Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended); - Act Of March 4, 2010 On Spatial Information Infrastructure (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 214);- And Provisions Resulting From Other Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads, As Well As Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development. The Scope Of The Contractors Activities In Order To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order: - Analysis Of Input Materials, Assessment Of The Existing Development Status, External And Spatial Conditions, Determination Of The Demand For New Housing Development, - Preparation Of An Analysis Of The Existing Method Of Development And Use Of Building Plots And Indicators For The Existing Development And Changes In Spatial Development, - Preparation Of A Balance Of Areas Intended For Residential Development; - Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study; - Analysis Of Applications From Natural And Legal Persons And Those Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Preparation Of Proposals For Their Consideration Along With Justification; - Preparation Of A List Of Responses To Authorities And Institutions Specified By The Act And Other Institutions And Units Informed About Joining The Plan; - Participation In Social Consultations Regarding The Draft General Plan With The Inhabitants Of The Commune In The Communes Villages Indicated By The Ordering Party And Providing Appropriate Information And Explanations; - Preparing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Social Consultations, Including In Particular A List Of Comments Submitted Together With A Proposal For Their Consideration And Justification, As Well As Reports On The Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Consultations; - Preparation Of A Draft General Plan (Text, Graphic Part) Along With A Forecast Of The Impact On The Environment; Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; - Participation, Depending On Needs, In Meetings Regarding Arrangements And Opinions On The Draft General Plan And
