The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions:2.1. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Location Indicated In Point 1.2.2. Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Elements Together With Bringing Them To The Indicated Premises, Assembly (If The Product Is Delivered In Parts) And Assembly. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Assembly Elements In The Offer.2.3. The Specification Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 2.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Requirement To Deliver The Equipment Within Time Intervals Agreed Individually With The Management Of Each Educational Institution, While Informing The Ordering Party About The Planned Delivery.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Items Ordered. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation In This Respect. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4), The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Service To Be Provided By The Contractor Is Not Less Than 60% Of The Tender Price Of The Order For A Given Part. The Contractor Will Be Paid For The Number Of Articles Actually Delivered.
