Ski Is Again Offering A Framework Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Conference Services In Denmark, Named 16.07 Conferences, Seminars And Meetings. The Framework Agreement Is Offered As One Nationwide Agreement, Where A Number Of Places Are Reserved In Advance For Conference Venues In Specifically Defined Geographical Areas, Spread Over The Countrys Regions And Municipalities, In Order To Ensure A Wide Range Of Conference Venues Distributed Throughout Denmark That Can Meet The Needs Of Skis Customers Shopping Needs. The Goal Is Thus To Have A Broad Selection Of Conference Locations Distributed Throughout The Country. The Tendered Framework Agreement Is Awarded To Several Suppliers. A Supplier Can Bid With Several Different Conference Locations, And Allocation Will Be Made Per Conference Venue. Ski Expects To Allocate 124 Active Conference Locations On The Framework Agreement. In Addition, 25 Passive Conference Places Are Expected To Be Allocated On A Waiting List. A Total Of 149 Conference Places Are Therefore Expected To Be Allocated. If The Framework Agreements With One Or More Of The 124 Active Conference Venues Cease, The Framework Agreement With One Or More Of The 25 Passive Conference Venues On The Waiting List Can Be Activated. The Process For Awarding Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Conditions, Including In Point 8. The Framework Agreement Is Tendered In Accordance With The Tendering Acts So-Called Light Regime, Which Is Regulated In Section Iii Of The Tendering Act.
