The Contract Includes Delivery, Implementation, Including Testing, Further Development, Hosting, Maintenance And Support Of A Gis System. Tårnbyforsyning Service A/S Pays I.A. Ongoing License Per User. The Contract Has A Term Of 4 Years From The Effective Date. Tårnbyforsyning Service A/S Has The Option To Extend The Contract 4 Times On Unchanged Terms By 1 Year At A Time. After The Expiry Of The First 8 Years Of The Contract Term, The Contract Can Be Extended On Unchanged Terms, Which Requires Agreement Between The Parties.
