e2 – Construction/Plumbing . Evje And Hornnes Municipality Is In The Process Of Rehabilitating The Treatment Plant At Fennefoss. This Contract, Contract E2, Is A Turnkey Contract For Construction And Plumbing. The Undertaking Includes The Following: • Replacement Of Ventilation And Heating Systems. New Odor Removal System. • Change Of Wardrobes. New Technical Room. Covering Of Open Pools • Auxiliary Work For Contract E1 The Contract Also Includes Dismantling And Removal Of Existing Mechanical Equipment And The Establishment Of Provisional Cleaning Measures And Piping During The Construction Period To Ensure That The Treatment Plant Can Be Kept In Provisional Operation During The Rebuilding Period. Regarding The Description Of Technical Installations And Equipment, Please Refer To Appendix 5. It Is Assumed That A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Of The Undertaking E2 In December 2024. The Construction Period For The Renovation Of The Purification Plant At Fennefoss Is Assumed To Be Completed In The Period February-July 2025. Aquagain Is Contracted As General Contractor , And The Work Will Be Coordinated With The Turnkey Contractor As A Side Contract, But Will Have Turnkey Responsibility For Construction And Plumbing. The Treatment Plant Must Be In Operation During The Conversion Period, The Tenderer Must Take This Into Account.
