The Dsp Is Created For The Supply Of Various Types Of Medication For The Needs Of Saint Nikolay Chutotvorets Medical Center Eood, Town. Scrap. The Initially Planned Technical Specification May Be Partially Changed During The Course Of The Dynamic System, By Adding New Drugs And/Or Changing Their Quantities. The Specified Quantities In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation Are Estimates And Do Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Assign Them In The Estimated Volume. The Actual Performance Of The Public Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actually Delivered Medicines. The Exchange Of Documents And Messages Between Employers, Candidates, Participants And Contractors Of Public Procurement Is Carried Out Through The Centralized Electronic Platform. The Term Of The Dsp Is 36 Months. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Lifetime To Any Candidate Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties. The Term Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Limited Orders Within The Framework Of The Dsp Is For A Period Of Up To 12 /Twelve/ Months. The Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) Is Carried Out In Stages. Pursuant To Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Act, Depending On The Stage Of The Procedure, Candidates Submit Applications For Participation, And Qualified (Admitted) Candidates - Offers. The Sdp Is Managed As A Fully Electronic Process And Throughout The Lifetime Of The Purchasing System It Is Open To Any Economic Entity /Executive Body/Bo/ That Meets The Selection Criteria. The Specified Selection Criteria Are Also Exclusion Criteria. The Contracting Authority Provides Full, Unrestricted And Direct Access To The Documentation Under The Present Procedure Through The Centralized Electronic Platform, Referred To As The Platform. Applications And Offers Must Be Prepared And Submitted In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 101 Of The Zop And Art. 47 Of The Ppzop, Within The Period Indicated In The Announcement. Every Application And Every Offer Is Submitted In The Cais Eop System. First Stage /Initial Collection Of Applications For Participation/: Qualification Of Suppliers (Admission Of Suppliers To The System). At This Stage, Applications For Participation Are Collected. The Applications For Participation /Eedop/ Contain Information About The Personal Status Of The Candidates And The Selection Criteria. Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications - 19.12.2024. Review Of Initial Applications For Participation Will Take Place Within 10 Working Days Of The Deadline For Submission Of Initial Applications. A Call For A Specific Contract Will Not Be Announced Until All Initial Applications Have Been Reviewed. Applications May Also Be Submitted After The Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications, In Which Case Applicants Will Receive Invitations After Being Approved For Inclusion In The Dsp. The Contracting Authority Determines The Qualified Suppliers With A Selection Decision. After The Entry Into Force Of The Selection Decision, A Second Stage Of The Procedure Follows.
