Purpose of the Briefing The pre-tender market briefing is designed to provide an overview of the project scope, key milestones, and expectations. Provide an opportunity for contractors to assess resource needs and identify potential subcontractors. Enable informed planning in advance of the tender release, ensuring that time for project pricing and preparation can be allocated.
