Tenders are invited for Attracting a Trainer or Trainers to Implement Training and Activities The current phase of the initiative, in cooperation with local partners in the governorates of Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nablus, within the Be a Support for Your People campaign, includes combining volunteer efforts and supervising the implementation of field activities, organizing humanitarian relief campaigns and identifying community needs, enhancing the capabilities of volunteers with field and technical expertise in crisis and emergency management, enhancing performance evaluation and documenting the humanitarian response, facilitating safe access to affected areas and providing logistical support, cooperating with volunteer teams to coordinate efforts at the local level, and supporting the initiative by providing the necessary information and resources to ensure a rapid and effective response . One of the main objectives of the initiative is to build the capacity of volunteers in crisis management and enhance their role in community participation and decision-making . This track includes working to enhance the skills of volunteers (both genders) and enable them to participate in decision-making within official and unofficial emergency committees. This track aims to convey the voices of citizens, especially vulnerable groups, to government agencies, such as the ministerial committee and local and popular emergency committees. The focus will be on the concept of community accountability, where the ability of vulnerable groups to hold service and humanitarian agencies accountable and influence local decision-making to address crises is enhanced . Accordingly, the institution intends to contract with an entity (individuals/companies) to carry out the required tasks according to the specifications that will be mentioned in the tender document (Terms of Reference ToR) .
