Opening the door to direct volunteering during crises : enabling citizens to immediately engage in volunteering operations when crises occur . Training and qualification requests : Providing the opportunity to register for specialized training courses in emergency management and humanitarian interventions . Emergency humanitarian assistance : Providing a quick way for citizens to request immediate support in crises . Crisis Response Resources : Providing a comprehensive guide for citizens on how to act in emergencies . Expressing opinions and suggestions : Opening the way for citizens to present their opinions on how humanitarian aid is distributed and the transparency of the methods and approaches to its distribution to affected groups .
