The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Dismantling And Removal Of Internal Devices And Equipment - Starting From The Top Floor, 2) Dismantling Of Internal Installations, 3) Dismantling Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Balustrades, External Lighting, Gutters, Downpipes, Light Housing Elements, 4) Dismantling Doors And Windows, 5) Disassembly Of Suspended Ceilings, Wall Paneling And Light Partition Walls, 6) Demolition Of Brick Partition Walls, 7) Removal Of Roof Covering, 8) Demolition Of The Roof, 9) Demolition Of First Floor Walls, 10) Backfilling, Leveling And Compaction In A Way To Prevent The Terrain From Falling, 11) Tidying Up The Work Site. 3.
