1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Draft General Plan Of The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune.2. Scope Of The Order: Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune Along With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part: 1) Analyzing Applications For The Preparation Of Amendments To Spatial Planning Acts; 2) Analyzing Starting Materials, Including In Particular Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, A Study Of Conditions And Directions Spatial Development Of The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune, Development Strategy Of The Jaworzyna Śląska Commune And Preparation Of Current Conditions For The Communes Spatial Development In Accordance With Art. 13B Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pizp);3) Updating The Ecophysiographic Study For The Commune Of Jaworzyna Śląska;4) Preparing Drafts Of Formal And Legal Documents, I.E. Legally Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Notices Required By The General Plan Preparation Procedure; 5) Preparing A List And Analyzing Applications Submitted Pursuant To Art. 8G Of The Pizp Act Together With A Draft Of Their Resolution In A Descriptive Form;6) Preparing Documents And Correspondence Related To The Procedure Of Giving Opinions And Agreeing On The Plan, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor;7) Preparing A List Of Opinions And Arrangements Of The Plan;8) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including The Preparation Of An Environmental Impact Forecast For The Draft Plan, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 1094, As Amended);9) Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Extent Necessary, If Necessary; If Necessary, Prepare The Content Of Complaints Against Decisions;10) Present The Plan And Participate In Public Consultations, Among Others. Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Study Walks, Designer Shifts, Conducting Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geosurveys, Collecting Comments, Running A Consultation Point, As Part Of Public Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); Participation Is Understood As Physical Participation; 11) Preparation Of Draft Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geo-Questions, Announcements, Announcements, Notices, Protocols And Others Required By The Plan Preparation Procedure Specified In Art. 13I Section 3 And Art. 8I Of The Above-Mentioned Pizp Act; 12) Preparation Of A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations (Max. 4 Forms Of Public Consultations Will Be Selected), Referred To In Art. 8K Section 2 Of The Pizp Act, Including A List Of Submitted Comments;13) Presenting The Plan And Participating In Meetings Of The Municipal Urban Planning A
