The Requested Item The Tender Relates To A Framework Agreement For The Purchase And Delivery Of Vials And Associated Lids For Laboratory Use. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Expose The Universities Purchase Of Vials And Associated Lids For The Laboratories To Competition. Against This Background, The Framework Agreement Will Help The Orderer To Obtain Quality Products At Good Prices. It Is Therefore Crucial For The Ordering Party That The Bidders In Their Offers Focus On Offering Good Prices That Correspond To The Ordering Partys Size In The Market. Separate Framework Agreements Are Entered Into With Up To Two (2) Suppliers. If There Are Fewer Than Two (2) Offers, The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Continue With Just One (1) Offerer. If There Are More Than Two (2) Offers, An Agreement Is Made With The Two (2) Suppliers Who Obtain The Most Points In The Evaluation. The Offer Is An Assortment Offer. For A More Detailed Description Of The Products On Offer, Including The Requirements The Products Must Meet, Please Refer To Appendix 2 – List Of Offers, As Well As Any Corrections And Answers To Questions. The Offer List Is Divided Into The Following Product Groups: • Screwcap Vials • Screw Caps • Snapcap Vials • Snap Caps • Crimpcap Vials • Alu Caps • Micro Insert • Scintillation Vials It Is Not A Requirement That Offers Be Submitted For All Products In The Offer List. However, The Tenderer Must Submit Tender Prices For At Least 90% Of All Product Lines In The Tender List. The Offer List Constitutes The Full Range. Agreement Structure And Sub-Agreements As It Is The Clients Assessment That Dividing The Framework Agreement Into Sub-Agreements Will Not Provide The Commercially Best Solution, This Framework Agreement Is Not Divided Into Sub-Agreements. This Is Particularly Due To A Lack Of Competition On Partial Agreements If The Agreement Is Divided. Furthermore, This Agreement Is One Area Out Of A Total Amount Of Laboratory Articles. The Areas Are Divided Separately According To A Careful Professional Assessment Of The End Users. Obligation To Use The Framework Agreement The Framework Agreement Can Be Used By The Ordering Party, Who Has The Right But Not The Obligation To Use The Framework Agreement.
