The Contract Works required are: Block 1 Membrane, Iron Roof Replacement & Spouting, including relocating heatpumps to ground level. Block 2 Iron & Spouting Replacement. Block 4 Iron & Spouting Replacement. Block 5 Clearlite & Spouting Replacement. Block 6 Iron & Spouting Replacement. Block 7 Spouting Replacement. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
