Condition Assessments Identified Radiators In Blocks B, C And E Have Reached The End Of Their Serviceable Life And Require Replacement. Various Roofing Areas Of Blocks A, B, C And E Have Been Identified To Have Reached The End Of Its Serviceable Life And Require Replacement. Block D Does Not Have Hot Water To The Hand Basins. Project Consultants Are: O Project Manager: James Crawford, Ssl Consulting O Lead Designer: Kieron OConnell, Ko Architecture The Contract Works Required Are: I. Replace Broken And End-Of-Life Radiators In Blocks B, C And E. Ii. Block A Roof: Replace End-Of-Life Roof, Remove Skylights And Replace With Roofing. Iii. Block B Roof: Replace End-Of-Life Spouting, Remove Skylights And Replace With Roofing. Iv. Block C Roof: Replace Roof And Spouting Over Entire Roof. V. Block E Roof: Remove Non-Trafficable Skylights And Replace With Roofing. Vi. Install Hot Water To Hand Basins In Block D. Vii. The Contractor Will Be Engaged Through A Medium Works Contract.
