Sealed Bids Will Be Received By City Of Elberton, Ga For The Construction Of 2024 Splash Pad Facility At 203 Elbert Street, Elberton, Ga 30635 Until 10:00 Am Local Time, On December 13, 2024 And Then At Said Time And Place Publicly Opened And Read Aloud.Project Description: The Work Consists Of Furnishing All Material, Labor, And Equipment To Construct Splash Pad Facility Completely Including All Site Work, Piping, Equipment, Structures, And Electrical As Specified In The Drawings And Technical Specifications. All Splash Pad Work Including The Pad, Equipment, And Interconnecting Piping Shall Be Performed By The Splash Pad Subcontractor, L2 Aquatics, Under The Coordination And Management Of The Contractor. Per The Splash Pad Scope Of Work By L2 Aquatics, See Bid Form, Splash Pad Equipment Shall Be Provided By The Owner, Splash Pad Materials Shall Be Provided By L2 Aquatics, And All Exclusions Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
