The Project Will Contribute To Strengthening The Preparedness And Efficiency Of The Ambulance Service, While At The Same Time Providing Modern And Flexible Office Premises For Rent Within, Among Other Things, Health-Related Industry. The Building Will Have A Focus On Sustainability, Including Energy-Efficient Solutions And Environmentally Friendly Materials. It Must Also Be Equipped With Advanced Technology To Support An Efficient Working Day, Including High-Speed Internet, Smart Building Technologies And Security Systems. Bop5 As (Bop) Is A Company That Is 100% Owned By Kristiansand Næringsselskap As (Knas). Bop5 Owns The Land And Is The Developer Of The Building In The Project. An Agreement Has Been Signed Between Bop5 And Sørlandet Hospital Helseforetak (Sshf) For Parts Of The Building. Sshf Is Covered By The Regulations For Public Procurement, And Bop5 And Sshf Have Therefore Chosen To Announce The Contract In Accordance With The Law And Regulations On Public Procurement. Bop5 Will Be The Contracting Party/Point Of Contact For The Selected Supplier In The Project.
