Work Detail
Inverters - Bakonyi Hybrid Power Plant Energy Storage Purchase. Within The Framework Of The Bakonyi Hybrid Power Plant Project, A New Energy Storage Unit Is Being Built In The Area Of The Bakonyi Gas Turbine Power Plant. This Public Procurement Procedure Covers The Procurement Of The Energy Storage And Spare Parts Of The Bakonyi Hybrid Power Plant And Preventive Maintenance Tasks During The Warranty Period. Other Tasks Of The Bakonyi Hybrid Power Plant Project Are Carried Out On The Basis Of Separate Contracts. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is The Complete Design, Delivery And Installation Of A Battery-Powered Energy Storage Unit With A Nominal Electrical Power Of At Least 57,500 Kva And A Storage Capacity Of At Least 57,000 Kwh, Which Can Be Connected At 15.75 Kv, And The Auxiliary Systems Connected To It. The Winning Tenderer Is Also Responsible For The Design And Commissioning Of The Entire Control Technology, Fire Protection, Electrical, And Protection Interface Of The Installed System And The Afrr (Automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve) Controllability, As Well As The Performance Of Preventive Maintenance Tasks During The 11-Year Warranty Period. The Main Parameters Of The Energy Storage Unit: The Energy Storage Unit Must Contain A Battery-Based Energy Storage Unit That Enables The Gt1 And Gt2 Units Of The Bakony Gas Turbine Power Plant To Provide Frequency And Power Equalization Products (Afrr, Mfrr, Etc.). The Blocks Of The Energy Storage Unit Must Contain At Least The Following Equipment And Systems: - Planned 20 Dc/Ac Two-Way Converter(S), - Planned 1 Matching Transformer(S) Per Block, - Planned 2 Air Conditioning Units Per Block, - Internal Energy Supply System, - Planned 20 Bms (Battery Management System) Control System And Communication Tools, Management Software, And Their Licenses To External Systems The Energy Storage Unit Must Have A Comprehensive Control And Data Processing System That Can Be Integrated Into The Control System Of The Bakonyi Gas Turbine Power Plant And The Power Plant Remote Monitoring System (Etr) System And Can Be Controlled Remotely Through It. During The Entire Period Of Its Operation, It Collects And Stores The Minimum Quantity And Quality Data Specified In The Technical Description (Point 4.12) About Its Plant For Later Evaluation. The Energy Storage Installation Units (Through One Or More Converter Voltage / 15.75 Kv Matching Transformers) Are Connected To A Newly Installed 15.75 Kv Distributor, Which Will Be Installed In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Energy Storage Units. This 15.75 Kv Switchgear Is Installed As Part Of The Electric Package. The Total System Efficiency Of The Energy Storage Unit, Projected Over A Charge-Discharge Cycle And Measured At The 15.75 Kv Transfer Point, Must Be At Least 87% Without Self-Consumption. When Determining The Efficiency, Iec62933-2-1 Standard 5.2.3. The Formula Marked For Figure 2 In The Roundtrip Efficiency Subsection Must Be Taken Into Account. The Winning Tenderer Is Also Responsible For Conducting The 720-Hour Test Run Of The Contract
