The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Opens And Conducts A Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Of The Open Type On The Basis Of Art. 132 In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1, Art. 19, Para. 2 And Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Provision Of Services By The Occupational Medicine Service (Osm), In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 25 Of The Law On Health And Safety At Work And Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 25.01.2008 On The Conditions And Procedure For Carrying Out The Activities Of Occupational Medicine Services (Hereinafter Only Ordinance No. 3 Of 25.01.2008). The Services, The Subject Of The Order, Refer To A Staff (At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Procedure) Of 2,601 (Two Thousand Six Hundred And One) Workers And Employees. The Employees And Workers Of The Contracting Authority Are Divided Into Structural Units On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Where The Contracting Authority Carries Out Its Licensing Activity, Which Geographically Coincides With The Territory Of Western Bulgaria, Including The Following Administrative Areas: Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Lovech, Sofia (City), Sofia (Region), Pernik, Kyustendil And Blagoevgrad. In View Of The Economic And Commercial Policy Of The Economic Group Of Electrohold In Bulgaria, Which Consists Of Commercial Companies Registered According To The Regulations Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Which Represent Related Parties Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 45 Of The Dr Of Zop, In This Number And The Contracting Authority, If The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Meet The Needs And Expectations Of The Contracting Authority, The Selected Contractor May Be Offered To Conclude Similar Contracts With The One On The Subject Of This Contract And Under The Conditions And Prices Agreed With The Selected Contractor, With Other Commercial Companies That Are Related To The Contracting Entity.
