The Object Of The Procurement Is Integration Training For Adult Immigrants For The Clients Of The Työlakeude Employment Area. Työlakeus Employment Area Consists Of The City Of Seinäjoki And The Municipalities Of Isokyrö And Ilmajoki. The Tender Will Be Used To Acquire Integration Training Organized As Workforce Training In Accordance With Chapter 7 Of The Act On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2025, Which Enters Into Force On January 1, 2025). The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Addition To This Tender Document, Service Description And Comparison Criteria In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tender. The Attachments Of The Tender Request Can Be Found In The Attachment And Links Section Of The Tender Request. The Anticipated Value Of The Procured Service Exceeds The Threshold Value For Procurements In Annex E Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016), § 25, So The Procurement Act Is Applied In The Bidding Process.
