Government Services – Program Office/Transatlantic Forum For Nature And Environmental Protection/Secretariat For Transatlantic Forum For Nature And Environment, Abbreviation Tafne. The Project Serves To Support The Bmuv Within The Scope Of Its Departmental Responsibilities. The Contractor (Contractor) Must Ensure Close Coordination With The Bmuv As The Client (Client) For All Work Steps. A Project Manager Must Be Appointed As A Permanent Contact Person And A Representative For The Entire Term Of The Contract. A Maximum Of €550,000 Gross (Capped Expenditure) Is Available To Implement The Services Listed Below. The Ag Estimates That Within This Maximum Expenditure Limit, Personnel Are Required For The Task Of A Project Manager/Scientific Employee And A Commercial Administrative Employee. The Estimate Also Assumes That The Project Management/Scientific Employee Will Work Around 292 Days (Assumption: Full-Time) And The Commercial Administrative Employee Will Work Around 96 Days (Assumption: Full-Time) Over The Contract Period ) Will Be Bound For The Tasks. The Working Group Takes Into Account That There May Be Shifts In Programmatic Priorities In View Of Political Developments. The Spending Limit Also Includes Material Expenses, Catering And Travel Costs. In Detail, The Following Services Must Be Provided, Which Are Further Explained In The Service Description (Document 03.01 Of The Tender Documents): 1. Establishment Of A (Virtual) Program Office To Coordinate All Events And Matters That Take Place Under The Project. The Program Office Is Intended To Coordinate The Activities Of The Tafne, Shorten Communication Channels And Be A Contact Point For All Actors Involved (States, Cities And Municipalities, Ngos, Think Tanks, Associations, Companies, Universities, Embassies, Consulates And Civil Society). The Participation Of Us Partners Is Possible And Desirable. 2. The Program Office Should Provide The Following Services: A) Development Of A Proposal For Concrete Exchange Formats And Events With Suitable Actors, Also Beyond The Above-Mentioned Thematic Priorities (Restoration Of Ecosystems/Nature Restoration, (Marine) Plastic Waste Reduction And Circular Economy, Environmental Justice, Water/ Adaptation), And Subsequent Implementation. B) Communication Internally (With The Client) And Externally (Stakeholders) These Services Account For A Total Of Approx. 66% Of The Total Performance (Personnel Expenses). C) Public Relations Work On The Goals And Events As Part Of The Project, Including The Development Of An Internet Presence In German And English, Which Will Be Operated And Continuously Updated Throughout The Entire Contract Period And Takes Into Account The Agins Specifications On Accessibility. The Website Should Go Online No Later Than 4 Months After The Start Of The Order And Contain All Essential Project Information. After The Program Starts, The Website Should Be Updated Regularly And Expanded As Necessary
