Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Electricity Distribution Network Security Of Supply Investments And Troubleshooting, Maintenance And Connection Work In Kajave Oys Western Network Area. The Project Includes An Investment Program For Improving The Security Of Supply Of The Electricity Distribution Network And Troubleshooting And Maintenance Work, As Well As Small Investment Work (For Example, Installation Of Electricity Meters And Customer Service Field Work). The Project Will Be Implemented In The Period 2025–2029 And Possible Option Years 2030–2032. The Procurement Options Are Described In More Detail In The Preliminary Tender Request (Appendix 1). The Project Mainly Focuses On Kajave Oys Western Region. Geographically, The Western Area Tentatively Covers About Half Of Kajaves Distribution Network, Tentatively Including The Areas Of The Following Municipalities: Kajaani, Paltamo, Puolanka, Pyhäntä, Siikalatva, Hyrynsalmi, Ristijärvi And Vaala. The Subscribers Goal Is To Use The Services To Ensure The Safety And Compliance Of The Electricity Network, Ensure The Reliability Of Electricity Supply, Enable Customers To Easily Connect To The Electricity Network, And Offer Customers A High-Quality Service Experience. The Project Includes The Following Entities: I. Security Of Supply And Expansion Investments (Project Construction) Ii. Maintenance Inspections Of The Electricity Distribution Network, Maintenance Planning And Project Supervision, As Well As Project Support Services. Iii. General Planning Of The Electricity Distribution Network. Iv. Electricity Distribution Network Maintenance Work. According To A Preliminary Estimate, The Investment Plan Includes Approximately 350 Km Of Renovated Medium-Voltage Overhead Line Network And 200 Km Of Low-Voltage Overhead Line Network, Possibly Including Deliveries Of Park Transformers And Distributed Compensation Equipment Space. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Kajaves Network Policy As An Underground Cable Network, An Overhead Line Network Placed Next To The Roads, Or As A Renovation Of The Overhead Line Network For The Current Main Street. Investments Will Be Implemented Between 2025 And 2029. The Customers Non-Binding Estimate Of The Projects Budget Is Approximately 110 Million Euros, Including Options And The Customers Purchases Included In The Project And Other Costs Related To The Customers Project. The Project Is Implemented As An Alliance. The Alliance Is Formed By The Customer And The Service Providers Responsible For The Electrical Works, Civil Engineering And Planning Who Are Tendered As Parties, And Possibly Other Parties Who Will Be Tendered Later. Kajave Is Part Of The Loiste Group, And All Loiste Group Companies Can Take Advantage Of The Contract Based On This Tender.
