To Current Regulations;- Electrical Lighting Installations; - Installation Of Energy-Saving Lighting; - Installation Of Emergency Lighting In The Corridors Of Three Floors; - Electrical Installations Of Plug Sockets In The Corridors Of Three Floors, And Accompanying Works: - Necessary Demolition Works In Accordance With The Documentation, - Renovation Of The Walls Of The Corridors Of The Three Floors, - Installation Of System Suspended Ceilings In Accordance With The Design Documentation, - Renovation Elements Of The Main Staircase, - Replacement Of The Parquet Floor In Part Of The Corridor On The Third Floor Of The Building, - Professional Cleaning Of The Terrazzo Floor, - Construction Of A Partition Wall In The Appropriate Fire Resistance Class Between The Corridor And Classrooms On The Third Floor Of The Building, - Replacement Of The Indicated Doors In The Corridors Of Three Floors, Including Eis60 Doors, - Replacement Of Central Heating Radiators - In Accordance With The Design Documentation, - As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Other Accompanying Works. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Facility And Must Be Organized In Such A Way That They Do Not Threaten The Safety Of Students And Do Not Cause Difficulties In The Facilitys Activities. During The School Year, All Works Must Be Carried Out After The End Of School Hours And Require Prior Agreement With The School Principal. During Demolition And Clearing Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect Adjacent Rooms And Furniture By Sealing Them With Protective Foil. After Completing The Works Each Day, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up The Debris And Leave The Corridors In A Condition Suitable For Use During School Classes.
