1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Chrzanów Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Along With Catching And Transporting Them To The Shelter.2. The Scope Of Services Related To Providing Care To Homeless Animals From The Chrzanów Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Including Catching And Transporting Them To The Shelter: 1) Catching Animals Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Health And Life Of Animals; 2) Transporting Animals In An Approved Vehicle Decision Of The District Veterinary Officer;3) Providing The Animal With Medical And Veterinary Assistance At The Place Of Capture - If Necessary;4) Providing Rooms And Boxes For Keeping Animals In Appropriate Conditions In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including: Protecting Animals Against The Negative Impact Of Atmospheric Factors, I.E. Rain, Snow, Wind, Harmful Effects Of The Sun And Providing Animals With Appropriate Lighting;5) Providing Rooms And Boxes To Ensure The Separation Of Aggressive Animals;6) Providing Rooms And Boxes For Quarantined Animals;7) Providing 24-Hour Care For Animals, Including Also Includes Food, Shelter And Veterinary Care;8) Homeless Animals Brought To The Shelter Are Subject, In Particular, To The Following Activities And Treatments: A) Health Assessment, B) Placement In Quarantine Rooms, C) Necessary Veterinary Treatments And Preventive Vaccinations, D) Sterilization Or Castration,E) Marking With A Chip.3. The Ordering Party Expects To Catch The Animal, Transport It And Provide Care In A Shelter For Homeless Animals In The Following Amounts: 1) 35 Dogs, 2) 25 Cats, 3) 5 Empty Interventions. The Expected Quantity Is An Estimate, So During The Execution Of The Order It May Change In Relation To The Specified Quantities. Each Case Will Be Settled Based On The Unit Price Given By The Contractor Until The Funds Provided For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Used. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Amount Of Remuneration, But Not More Than 60% Of The Total Value Of Gross Remuneration Specified In The Contract, To Which The Contractor Agrees Without Any Claims In This Respect.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain Daily Readiness To Provide Care To Homeless Animals From The Chrzanów Commune In A Shelter For Homeless Animals, Including Catching And Transporting Them To The Shelter.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Business Activity Conducted For The Entire Period Of Contract Execution For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 100,000.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Valid Permit For Running A Shelter For Homeless Animals Issued In Accordance With Art. 7 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities In The Form Of A Decision Of The Commune Head, Mayor Or President Of The City Competent For The Place Of Provision Of Services, At The Time Of Signing The Co
