The Required Characteristics Of The Deliveries And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Installed Luminaires And Controllers And Their Installation Service Is 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol, Unless The Manufacturers Warranty Is Longer. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Transfer Of Intellectual Property Rights In The Field Of As-Built Documentation.
