I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Service Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 In An Amount Of Up To 7140 Mg Per Year, On Average 595.00 Mg Per Month, For A Period Of 12 Months. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right By Increasing The Estimated Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected By 10% During The Term Of The Contract. Transport Will Take Place From The Transfer Station In Rozwarzyn, Run By Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Nakło Nad Notecią To The Municipal Waste Thermal Transformation Plant - Run By Międzygminny Komspekt Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Pronatura Sp. Z O. O. - Located In Bydgoszcz At Ul. Ernsta Petersona 22, 85-862 Bydgoszcz. The Entity Transferring Mixed Municipal Waste From The Nakło Nad Notecią Commune Will Be The Entity Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, Which, Under A Separate Contract, Provides Waste Collection Services From Owners Of Residential Properties. Ii. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1. Having An Entry In The Register Of Entities Introducing Products, Products In Packaging And Managing Waste, Referred To In Art. 49(1) Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste And Has Been Assigned A Registration Number As An Entity Authorized To Conduct Business In The Field Of Waste Transport. The Entry Entitles You To Transport The Waste Specified In The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Country. 2. Commencement Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Within 72 Hours From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party (The Deadline Depends On The Contractors Offer).3. Notifications Will Be Made On Behalf Of The Ordering Party By Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. In Nakło Nad Notecią. Acceptable Forms Of Reporting Include Providing Information By Fax, E-Mail Or Telephone. Iii. Rules Regarding Collection From The Transfer Station And Transport To The Waste Management Site:1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Vehicles Necessary To Provide Services And Bears All Costs Related To Their Protection, Maintenance, Repairs Or Replacement,2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At His Disposal At Least 2 Vehicles With Self-Unloading Boxes With A Load Capacity Of At Least 20 Mg.3. All Vehicles Used During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Exhaust Emission Standard Not Lower Than Euro 5, In Accordance With Directive 98/969/Ec (And 200/80/Ec),4. Vehicles Should Meet Technical Standards Specified In Specific Regulations, Including Protection Against The Release Of Waste And The Release Of Odors,5. Every Day After The Completion Of Services, Vehicles Should Be Emptied Of Waste,6. Vehicles Should Be Clean Inside And Out Every Day Before Services Are Provided7. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Vehicles Used Are Kept In Proper Sanitary And Technical Condition (Washing, Disinfection Of Equipment, Service) In Conditions That Meet Environmental Protection And Sanit
