The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Function Of The Investors Supervision Inspector Over Construction Works Related To The Investment Entitled: Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Connections: Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, External Water And Sewage Installation, Rainwater Drainage And Electricity On Plot No. 27/10 Within 0009 Krotoszyn, Commune Barcin. 2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Includes The Execution Of Construction Works From Scratch To The Finishing Stage On A Turnkey Basis, Together With The Necessary Installations And Land Development, Until The Contractor Obtains The Final Occupancy Permit. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Supervision Service Is The Design Documentation - Annex. No. 6 The Function Of Supervision Inspector Will Be Performed In The Scope Of: • Construction Works • Works Related To The Construction Of Heating Installations, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage • Works Related To The Implementation Of Electrical And Power Installations • Works Related To The Implementation Of Telecommunications Installations • Road Works (Construction Of Exits To The Property, Sidewalks And Roads Within The Property) • Works Related To The Implementation Of Renewable Energy Installations In The Scope Of Assembly And Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Panels. The Contractor Will Provide The Service With The Help Of A Team Of Supervision Inspectors In The Above-Mentioned Industries, And The Supervision Inspector In The Construction Industry Will Be Also Served As The Team Coordinator, In Accordance With Art. 27 Of The Construction Law Act. Investor Supervision Will Include The Duties Of The Investor Supervision Inspector By Appointed Construction Supervision Inspectors In All Industries Required By Law For The Investment Task In Question (Listed Above), Within The Meaning Of The Construction Law And The Energy Law, As Well As Other Obligations In The Field Of Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works, Referred To In Mentioned Above, In Particular: 1) Getting Acquainted With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Investor Cost Estimates, Offer Cost Estimates, Terms And Conditions Fieldwork And Formal And Legal Documentation Of The Construction Site; 2) Giving Opinions On The Technical And Economic Correctness Of The Solutions Used In The Project; 3) Approving Construction And Installation Materials And Devices Intended For Installation By The Contractor, Checking Quality Documents, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Operating Instructions, Etc. In Order To Prevent The Use Of Defective Materials Or Materials Not Approved For Use In Construction; 4) Control Of The Compliance Of Works With The Technical And Construction Regulations Referred To In Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Construction Law; 5) Participating In Tests And Tech
