A) The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Service Of Operating The Gsm/Gprs Data Transmission System To Ensure The Implementation Of Data Transmission Tasks In Street Lighting Controllers (Scope A) And Within The Traffic Control Center Systems (Scope B).B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (For Scope A And B) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.C) If Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By. The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. Through The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, Etc. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. D) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Orders In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1289).E) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.F) Deadline For The Execution Of The Order: 3 Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.G) Information Regarding The On-Site Inspection Or Inspection By The Contractor Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of Offers After The On-Site Visit And The Contractors Verification Of The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.
