Tenders are invited for Construction work of two storied Garage cum Barrack building of National Security Intelligence, Bagerhat office (Civil, Sanitary and Internal electrification). Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers having eligibilities as mentioned below: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (One) number of Building Construction work including civil, sanitay & water supply and electrification works worth not less than Tk 100.00 lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 400.00 Lac over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates. (d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 70.00 Lac. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW2-a, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. (e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 100.00 lakh (f) Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, Brief Description of Goods or Works: Construction work of two storied Garage cum Barrack building of National Security Intelligence, Bagerhat office (Civil, Sanitary and Internal electrification).
