The Container Plant Is Old And Run-Down, Which Is Why Hofor Needs To Have A Modern Concrete Container Plant Newly Built With A Total Net Volume Of 225,000 M3 That Meets Todays Requirements For, Among Other Things, Drinking Water Safety (Dds), Security Of Supply And Working Environment And Ensures The Long-Term Stable Supply Of Drinking Water In Hofors Supply Area. The Purpose Of The Project Is Therefore To Build A New Tinghøj Container Plant So That The Above Requirements Are Met And That The Entire Plant Within The Fence Is Delivered With The Longest Possible Remaining Life, So That There Will Be No Need For Further Renovation Tasks At The Plant Within The Next Several Years. The Undertaking Includes The Demolition Of Existing Concrete Containers With A Total Capacity Of 108,000 M3 Incl. Associated Earthwork And Environmental Remediation, Demolition Of Existing Conduit Systems For Drains And Transmission Lines For Drinking Water, Establishment Of New Concrete Containers With A Total Capacity Of 162,000 M3 Incl. Associated Earthwork And Closure Work, Establishment Of New Pipelines In The Ground For Drainage, Drains And Transmission Lines For Drinking Water, Landscape Works, Construction And Re-Establishment Of Roads, Establishment Of Personnel Facilities And Smaller Service Buildings. The Facility Must Be In Operation Throughout The Construction Period. The Project Is Carried Out In Late Partnering, Where The Project Is Offered On The Basis Of Outline Proposals Prepared By Hofor And Adviser (Cowi). Alongside Tenders And Contract Signing, Hofor Prepares And Advises On Project Proposals That Will Form The Basis For Onboarding The Contractors. After This, The Contractors Will Be Included In The Project By Preparing The Main Project (Tender Project) And Determining The Target Price, Etc.
